FAQ
Questions, Answered
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help.
Do I need a referral to schedule a consultation?
Many patients schedule directly with us. Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician or OB-GYN — our team can help you check your plan’s requirements.
What happens at my first visit?
You’ll meet with a fertility specialist to review your medical history, discuss your goals and answer your questions. Your physician may recommend testing to better understand your options. If you have records from previous care, please bring them.
Does insurance cover fertility treatment?
Coverage varies widely by plan. Our team helps verify your benefits and explains what may be covered before treatment begins.
Is financing available?
Yes. Financing is available through our partner, CapexMD, and our team can help you review payment plans that fit your situation.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Your physician recommends options based on your history, test results and goals — which may range from monitoring and IUI to IVF.
